question for those with T2 emissions intact
Can someone with emission on a T2 please confirm that this is correct (or not)

The tube at the TOP of the oil filler neck - leads to charcoal canaster - to gas tank.
The tube at the bottom of the oil filler NECK (very close to engine block) leads to a 3 way valve and to the intake via 2 vacume lines.
I ask because the diagram in the FSM has it the opposite way- but it's kind of a rough diagram.
