Question of Stock clutch and motor mounts

What is the spec thickness of the OEM clutch? Basically like new and completly dead? The one from my car looks like it still has some nice meat on it, but I cannot find any info stock clutch specifications.

Also how do you know if the motor mounts are shot?

very close to .330 micron is stock or very close to new. Most aftermarket clutches are oversized.

anything below .250 is getting old.

Usually driver side mount is always shot because of the oil (if it's stock). I noticed excessive engine movement when revving when mine drivers side one was broken.
