Question on S4's Intake manifold...

Will an S4 NA upper intake manifold fit with S4 TII lower intake manifold?

Seriously doubt it. Not to mention the TII lower intake manifold is MUCH taller - the whole shootin' match would probably hit the hood.

I don't think the bolt patterns match, either.
