Question Question for Hawaii Peeps

ive been having probs with my trans. where should i go to get my trans fixed or rebuilt? should i just buy one off the net?
for daily driving it works fine but when i start to really push the car it grinds into 3rd and 2nd when im downshifting.

Tried synth trans lube first?&nbsp This will minimize, if not eliminate, the noises from the trans.&nbsp If it's trashed beyond this, finding a good, used trans is cheapest.&nbsp Rebulding from a trans shop is going to cost you a THOUSAND dollars.

I believe Checkers carries it?&nbsp I've seen some stuff in there; if they don't bring the MT-90 in, they can probably order it.

Actually (this is funny)...the place to buy Redline in Hawaii is....Redline. There's one in Kalihi and one in Pearl City.
