for some reason my cars indication lights have come on. this includes oil change, exhast overheat, wiper and door open, also the shift indicator is on. any idea what this means. everything was recently tipped off as well fluid wise

 

If they all are on while the engine is running; the alternator is not working.

The should go out when the car is running.
