Check out this page for information on how to figure the size of injector you would want.
I know you can make 400hp with only 720's in the secondaries but nothing about me is conservative.
To be safe you could look at copying the FD3S setup and run 850's in the secondaries, or you could play with fuel pressure to put you in the area you want to be.

4 x 1000cc/min injectors are good for ~530hp. 2 x 550cc/min (stock) and 2 x 1600cc/min are good for ~570hp, and means only buying two injectors. 1000cc/min primaries might mean a poor idle as well.
So your saying that 550cc primaries plus 720cc secondaries will support 400hp?
Yes that is what I am saying, I am sure that many people can give formulas and reasons why you can't but it can be done. This might look sketchy but this is not using a 80% duty cycle and not using stock fuel pressure. It has been my experience that the pintle type injectors work good above 80% .
To be on the safe side I would reccomend something larger than a 720.
