Question about a HKS product.

Hey all. I have a question about a hks product. The name of the product is HKS PFC F-CON. I am not 100% sure what it does. I have a 1990 GTU T2 Half *** swap. T2 engine, ?ECU (I am still guessing), ?Injectors(Have no clue), Rest all N/A Parts for rear end. I am working on completing the swap. I just need to isolate the parts. I came across the HKS PFC F-CON and I was wondering if it is a ECU for the car? Can anyone tell me a little about it? I googled it but did not turn up any helpful info.

Thanks in advance.

I believe the PFC stands for Programmable Fuel Controller though I could be wrong. I am fairly sure its a piggyback.
