Mazdatrix sells them new.

Scroll about halfway down.

People get rid of their CPU's from time to time in the For Sale section.

I got a used S5 Turbo CPU from Ebay for like $15. No problems (yet). I still have my old CPU, though I doubt you want that one. I took it apart and found a blown resistor on the main board. I've been to lazy to fix it, and I'm not sure if that's the only problem. The only things that didn't work with my old one was the alarm, and key reminder and light.

If you have a S5 coupe, you need to stick to using a S5 coupe CPU. The Turbo and Non turbo S5 coupes use the same CPU.

But there are 2 or 3 boards in the CPU (depending on model and series). Only replace the board that you are having trouble with.
