Hey is putting an engine into a RX7 Chassis a same thing as putting an engine in any other chassis?

 

You need to go to the "Other engine conversions" subforum if you are referring to a motor swap. If you are just talking about replacing a stock rotary engine with another, it's like any other car. Remove the motor mounts (two of them, like an inline 6) and wiring, unbolt from the transmission if you choose to do so, etc. On the FD it is different due to the subframe configuration.
