putting s5 dash into my s4 today.

alright i almost have the dash completely out, only thing left to do is remove the 3 10mm bolts on top....

iw as following the write up in the archive on the removal....

couple of questions:

1: the instructions say to disconnected 2 blue or green connectors on the left behind in the gauge cluster.... i dont see them.

2: it also says to "disconnect the connector behind the glove box".....there's 2 connectors back there.

3: will the s5 logicon plug right up and work properly in my s4?

4: what "minor fitment issues" am i gonna face ?

5: i believe i heard i was going to just have to swap the wiring harness from the s4 onto the s5 dash, this correct?

I dont know about the wiring harness swap, but ive pulled my dash 2 times and it ******* sucks, you have to disconnect the blue and green things behind the cluster and the glove box.. you will see them once you start to pull your dash out.
You also have to disconnect the spedometer cable and the Air duct things.. its a real bitch, good luck

Wtf, just remove the steering wheel, you have to drop the steering colum anyways, might as well just take thw wheel off, it will give you more room to work.
