putting S4 coolant neck on S5?

I think it's called the coolant neck, whatever it is... the thing that on an S4 TurboII is (I think metal?) and on the S5 TurboII is plastic and BREAKS... will it swap directly between the two cars? Reason I ask is because
1) I want a metal one
and...
2) because the metal one can be drilled and tapped to put a water temp sensor in it, can't it?

So, do they swap from the S4 onto the S5 directly, or what's the issue? If not does someone sell a metal one with an extra water temp sensor hole for the S5?
