Putting the AC back in the car. Need some help ID wires/relays

Hi Guys,

Well 9 years ago I thought it would be a great idea to pull the AC out of the car. Now the wife tells me she will never ride in it again until it has AC. HA! But I do agree the 10AE with no AC and hot humid day is pretty miserable.

Long story short, I "Cleaned" up some of the wires and I'm trying to retrace my steps. I never did remove the relay rack up in the nose so I think if I can ID the AC relay I can start working my way back to find the clutch wire and the low pressure switch wires.

I looked in the FSM and I see the relay locations but to be damn honest, I can't really tell what is what. Take a look at the picture below, this is the nose of my car. If you guys can help me figure out which one is which that would really help me out.

FYI: my car is an 88 10AE with a 87 build year. Has factory alarm, AC and powersteering

Pin 1F of the ECU takes a Blue/White wire and runs it to the Air Con Main Relay. Pin 1E of the ECU has a Blue/Orange wire that splits in two where one goes to the Pressure Refrigerant Switch while the other gores to the Fan Sub Relay. The Fan Sub Relay is in the pic you provided and it has four wires to it. They are Yellow, Blue/Orange, Green/Red and Green/Blue. The Blue/Orange wire coming from pin 1E is part of the Front harness and this L/O wire then connects to the AC harness at FAC-01 which is a six wire plug. The L/O wire then runs through a diode before arriving at the four wire Sub Relay plug.

I'll trace it that path. Is the air con main relay one of the ones on the rack shown? I will have to jumper the ecu to get AC to work as I'm standalone.

I forgot I also had the aux electric fan on the condenser.

Not going to lie in the summer when it hits 90-110F... I miss my ******* AC. Of course when the sun goes down and the drag strip opens up... Not so much lol

OK I think I found my dirty work. So from what I'm seeing it appears the all the AC stuff is apart of that additional rack with the round relays. Tracing from that I see where it appears to split to two cut wire. Blue and blue orange. according to you and the FSM this goes to the pressure switch. Check

Next I see a black with white stripe coming from the same harness and disappears into the wire harness loom along the drivers strut tower. Per the FSM this looks like the clutch wire to the compressor. Check

Next I'll need to jumper the wires at the OEM computer harness. Need to do

Question. Once I have that done can I then check with just the ign to on, full cold, ac switch on with the pressure switch jumpered (still need to add my R12). I just want to make sure it's basically working before I button up the wiring.

The wire at pin 1E, Blue/Orange, should register a ground signal when the A/C is on as well as the blower motor being on too. The Blue/White wire at ECU pin 1F has 12 volts w/key to on, blower fan on, but A/C OFF.
