put high impedence inj. in 1987 T-II?
I know you can put low impedence injectors in a high impedence car by adding a resistor in a serial configuration.
Could I add a high impedence injector(from a 89+) to my 87 T-II by adding a resistor in parallel to lower the impedence? Has anybody done this?
Thanks for any help!

I think it should be a little easier than that. The low imp. '87's have a resistor block on the passenger side of the engine compartment under the airbox held in by 2 - 10 mm bolts. If you want to use high imp injectors I think you could just jump the harness at the plug or cut and solder the wires. Look in your shop manual.

Yup. Do just the opposite of what you stated. You want to get rid of the resistance at the solenoid resistor. Jumper around it, for the high impedence(12ohm)injectors that you are putting in.
