Just bought one today. I also bought the connector from NW regulator, thanks to the search feature which led to another thread.

My S4 is now being upgraded to the S6 alternator.

Anything else I should look at while I'm upgrading the charging system? One website said I should upgrade to 4ga wire from the Bterminal to the battery?

There's little-to-no benefit to doing that, and it can be dangerous if you don't do it right.

 

As Stated I have them in stock. Some alternators may require shimming to eliminate the rub that is present on some alternators.
