Pulleys on N/A?
ya i put the rp dual sheeve alt and main pulley on my 87 base....i did it along with a lightweight flywheel and clutch so ya i did feel the revs go up quicker mainly cuz of the lightened flywheel...i dont know the results from just adding the pulleyes with no other mods....one thing to be carefull is that ur voltage is gonna drop if u do the main pulley i would recomend puttin in a 3 gen altenator and then doinng the pulley setup....im sure it adds some power not much and an electric fan would help out.....it looks badass too......peace
The difference was noticable, but Im almost sure my stock pulleys were way out of balance. My engine was very rough before the pulleys, and after them, it was very smooth. i think some of the power came from smoothing out my engine, but it was definately with the $110 or so it costs for both RB pulleys.

Ya I was thinking about getting a 3rd gen alternator. What exactly is the difference anyways? Are they interchangeable with no mods? Thanks.
