puffing blue

when i start my car up whether its cold or warm it was always have a puff of blue smoke come out of the exhaust. does this mean my apex seals are going?

most rx7s normally do this, i wouldnt worry to much about it. And low compression would be a sign of apex seals"going". From my understanding usually when a rotary engine sits the lines of the OMP slighty leak oil into the combustion chamber which causes the small puff of smoke at startup. As long as it doesnt continue to blow smoke while driving i wouldnt worry too much about it.
