Come this spring i will be putting on a new Master Cylinder.. Should I also order a new Proportional bypass valve?
How often do these need to be replaced, has anyone every replaced one?
My car has 206 000km
Thank-you

As long as it hasn't corroded internally due to water in the fluid, she should be good to go. You can always pull it, clean it, and take a good look in her to verify serviceability. Fairly simple device...

Ok Thanks... I just finished my Hydraulics unit in my Heavy Equipment Tech coarse so i already know how everything works inside. Was just curious as to how many people actually replace them or not.
Thank-you.
