Well, I'm damn near completion with my 89 GXL->T2 conversion. I have the entire drive-train swap finished, have the engine installed and all assembled, removed all the emissions and fixed my series4 turbo on a series5 block issue. So, all in all I'm close to being ready to finally crank it over and start it up, I just need to wait for the last parts of my project, which I feel I will never see. The last of the parts needed are, the engine harness and the air flow meter, two parts I paid for two months ago, and have yet to recieve. Well, just wanted to vent my frustration with being so close, yet so far as I don't think I'll ever see the parts I paid for. I should have pictures up tomorrow if anyone cares to see how it looks.

Hey man,
call the company on it. Get all pissed off and say that if you don't have the parts in X number of days they will be contacted by your lawyer. That should get things moving for ya. Thats how you gotta do things sometimes. Just a suggestion. Good luck with your car. I hope I get mine fixed soon.
regards,
Charles

Well, the shitty part is, is it's a person I bought it from. I've given him plenty of warnings, and plenty of times, still with no damn response.

Well, me and skippydog finished up installing the starter and hooking it up, and finally, after all these months, my car actually does something when you turn the key! Thanks to my dead battery it only turned a few times, but just listening to it turn makes my day, now if only I can get the damn last parts I need!
