No. Brake and clutch fittings don't require teflon tape. Just be sure to use a good flare wrench to loosen/tighten the fittings.

Alright guys, it's been over a year since I've really had time to mess with the ol' gal... And I am in need of some encouragement.

I now have a great job that does not leave me as much time to tinker as I want... And at this point, I have too many toys.

See, I have been itching to pull the trigger on a slightly used Corvette... But I need to get one or two of these things out of my driveway first. Neither my RX-7s have ran in years, and I'm afraid I'm loosing interest...

At this point, it would be easier for me to betray my once loyal rotary roots... And do a V8 swap, or sell it as is... Than put it back together and get it running.

So, words of encouragement and direction?

I personally believe that every single FC possess the spirit of the 80s. It is a great enjoyment for me to feel the passion of 80s car when I drive my FC. It's nostalgic and a legacy.

If I were to do a 20B swap, it would be in my blue FC...

And I would still need to get this red one out of my garage first.

So this girl is for sale! I have spent quite a bit on new parts. She is still not running. If you are looking for a great project, this is it!

I just have too little time with my new job and would rather focus my efforts on my Jeep or Turbo FC.
