I am confused about the two hoses that come out of the black box that is under the hood. I understand that one goes to the wastegate actuator, but the hose that is connected to that, do I just block that off? Here is a pic of what I am talking about...

The hose the runs from the top of the turbo down to the wastegate is the one in question. Do I just cap it off at the top of the turbo where it starts? Or is this where the other hose from the black box goes?
