which products are good? looking to do a tune-up.

OK so I'm looking to get a tuneup done for my FC '90 Turbo II. It has really low mileage (at 75,000kms), but I'm still thinking a tuneup could do no harm.

So I will probably get fluids flushed, anyone have recommendations for brake fluid, clutch and tranny fluids? Are there any other fluids that should also be changed?

What brand of spark plugs / cables are recommended? NGK?

For filters, fuel filter will be replaced (I'm thinking just a BOSCH one), air filter (probably a drop in K&N) and of course an oil filter. Any suggestions as to better brands?

It's really a matter of choice. Here's what I've chosen for my RX-7.
Motor oil: Castrol GTX
Brake Fluid: ATE Super Blue
Clutch, tranny and diff: Neo
Plugs and wires: NGK
OEM Mazda filters.

Coolant, coolant, coolant and oh yeah an OEM thermostat. Inspect the hoses while you're at it. Cooling sysem problems are the #1 cause of engine failure. Though in a turbo detonation might be a good competitor. Any ethylene glycol antifreeze safe for aluminum should work fine. Mix 50:50 with distilled water to minimize sediment, especially if your tap water is hard. Change every 1-2 years. You can flush if you want but with frequent changes this is unnecessary. Evan's waterless coolant is great too, virtually unboilable. Distant 3rd for engine failure causes is sudden oil loss from a very loose drain plug or leaking => bursting oil cooler lines.

Brake Fluid: www.racingbeat.com has some good stuff. Any high temp stuff is good, though for normal driving temps any DOT 3 is good too.
Clutch Fluid: Also uses DOT 3 brake fluid.
Tranny Oil, Differential Gear Oil: Royal Purple or Neo IMO, or others will like other big names as with motor oil. Go synthetic since changes are less frequent.
Spark Plugs: NGK.
Air Filter: Cotton (peformance) filters filter worse than paper and there's very little performance to be gained except compared to a dirty filter. Cotton isn't horrible, though.
Oil Filter: Nowadays any oil filter will do, though a lot of people like OEM or the fancy oil maker brand names.
