Problems Update

Earlier this month I posted "Problems got answers?" which was really long post, and I wouldn't have wanted to read it HAHA.. sorry guys..

Well I talked about my electrical problems being my volt meter was always reading low and my lights when dim when I pressed breaks.. and car would barely start.. Well my alternator tested sorta ok, but was finiky.. I finally said bump this and bought new alternator, now car seems to charge fine... and doesn't have problem starting.. BUT! my volt meter SOMETIMES reads low now, and my lights can dim when I press brakes... Why do ya guys think? any important grounds that I should check.. (I know nothing of electronics, so I probably missed lots when rebuilding it) ...

Thanks for any help!
