problems shifting

so i just installed a new clutch and pressure plate and lightened flywheel and shifting from 1st to second is a little bit tough, it hasnt always been the smoothest transaction but it seems like its a little worse.. some things we noticed while changing clutch was all of my mounts were shot such as motor, tranny, and diff... would like to know what you think the problem is, idk if worn syncros would cause it to shift hard or not cuz i know they are worn out

If your syncs are worn out most likely it wouldn't go into gear at all.

check your Transmission fluid level.you could have lost some when you Swapped the Clutch out(through the rear of the trans, when the driveshaft was out) that would be an Idea to check that..also,get those mounts fixed...Bad mounts lead to bad seals..the engine flopping around will take something out.
