Problems with my Wipers

Ok the other night we had reallly bad rain and i found out for the first time, my Intermittent and II wipers don't work.

So i was stuck on low speed, and i couldn't even drive, i had to pull over.

Anyone have any ideas?

i checked that site out, but how can i check if it is the motors?

Don't wanna order a rebuilt unit, to find out it does the same thing, and i need new wiper motors

The switch controls everything about the wipers.
If the motor runs at all, it's good.

The main problem is the dinky relays in the switch.
