Question Problems with my P/S or A/C Belt.....

Wanted to know how hard it is to replace a new P/S Pump Belt or A/C Compressor Belt for a 89' RX-7? My girlfriend drove home tonite and at some point one of th belts snapped. She got home allright, but the car wasnt driving too well, and making a bit of noise to say the least. I've never worked on her car before and figured someone here could help out. If I'm not mistaken its the belt that wraps around the Fan (Radiator). Should I have problems with it, can i drive it to the garage to get fixed, or tow and last but not least, could it have done any other damage from driving with it snapped for 2-3 minutes? Any information would be great............this site is amazing!!!!

Belts are incredibly easy to change.. And there isnt a belt on the front of that motor that can damage a motor in 2-3 mins.

Ok on the top of the accessory bracket there are two 10mm bolts each controls a idler pulley. What you want to do is loosen the big nut on each idler pulley then turn the 10mm bolts clockwise like your tightening them. You will see the pulleys walking down. as soon as you loosen it enough you will be able to slip the old belts off and put the new on.
