I replaced the battery and alternator and i can actually start my car now!

Have to crank with the fuel switch off and turn on after about 2 seconds and it cuts on, but here come the issues.


Car doesnt hold idle
When i try to gas it, the rev's are VERY weak
at one point it did idle for about 30 seconds and died once again
white smoke that smells like straight GASOLINE coming out the back

suggestions will be appreciated

 

check timing.

pull the CAS out and line the marks on the bottom gear with the dimple on the shaft.
reinstall and make sure the top gear doesn't move out of place. put the nut back on there and you should be back in business.
