Check the Room fuse for the interior lights. It's located in the interior fuse box. This fuse also powers the alarm. The alarm just prevents the car from being started and nothing else. If you want to bypass the alarm then go to the Starter Cut relay located near the trailing coil and this relay has just one plug connected to it (located underneath it) unlike the nearby Main relay which has two plugs connected to it. At the Starter Cut relay you jumper a Black/Green wire to the Black/White. There are two Black/Green wires in this plug and you want to use the one that does not have voltage w/key to on. So with key to on check which of the two B/G wires has voltage and select the other B/G wire for jumpering.
Check the Retractor fuse in the engine fuse box to see if it is the cause for the headlights not popping up.
Check 7.5 amp meter fuse found in the interior fuse box to see if it causes the idiot lights to not function properly.

The idiot lights ought to turn on w/key to on but engine not running. You can go to the largest of three plugs at the CPU, located towards the top. At this plug there is a White/Black wire. Jumper a wire to this wire on one end and connect the other end to a suitable ground. Make sure the ground choice is a proper one as any metal will not be a sufficient ground. When this wire is grounded (W/B) the idiot lights ought to light up w/key to on-engine off. The Meter fuse also needs to be good for this to work.
