Question Problems ??

Ok, let me see if I can get this right. I have an 87 TII that won't start. The fuel pump puts out 67 lbs pressure and the system has 40 Lbs pressure. All spark plugs are firing. Put in a new battery with 700 cranking amps. Now the front chamber plugs are flooding but the rear chamber plugs are bone dry. I hooked up an extra CAS I have and I can hear the front injector working. So, is it most likely my injector for the rear chamber isn't working or possibly is it my ECU that isn't giving the signal to the rear chamber injector? Or, could it be either one or both?? Last week it ran fine but it had been sitting for about a year before I got it.
