Problem with vert seats, looking for options

So now that I have my 7 up and running, I have made it my daily driver.
My problem is that the cushion on the left thigh bolster for the driver side seat is worn down so that it the metal (hard part that holds the shape) is pushing against my left. Which is a little uncomfortable. So I looked at used seats (not many around), I looked for new seats (non-existent), I looked at after market seats (Mazdaspeed, they are TOO expensive) and I looked at other seats (but I don't know if they would fit or if I could get rails to fit).

So here is the big question. What does everyone else do when their vert seats are too ripped or uncomfortable? I thought about these Corbeau Seats http://www.corbeau.com/products/cr1/cr1.shtml
, which seem pretty nice and they list brackets for our cars. Does anyone have these seats? Is this a good idea or is there a better and cheaper solution. Keep in mind I am not racing and do not intend to race, I think I have the slowest 7 on the road, I just love having a convertible.

Thanks in advance,
-Max

Just buy a passengers seat from a GXL and take the seat foam from it and replace the busted foam in your current seat.

I'm keeping my eyes pealed for one, or even a stock vert seat that is in better shape (and cheap). Heck, even when I see seats posted for sale the prices are like $250+, some of these corbeau seats are around that price. Are they junk like all those 3lb seats I see on ebay and in AutoZone?
