Problem need help

The car will no longer idle it dies if i don't give it gas. The only thing i did was fix the throttle cable that kept coming loose every time i punched it. Another thing is that i found out that i do have a leak in the intake. That was a couple of months ago. I'm think one or more things are wrong here. I have some ideas but not sure one posisbility is that the intake got worse over time and know it won't idle. Also i think it might be the TPS.

Also my BAC valve is not connected, can this cause the problem also?
