Problem Fixed Now Another

Well I just put my two new/used factory mufflers on went very well just a pain getting the old bolts off (thank you recip saw and cut off wheel) new ones sound sooo much better with no big hole in them but now I found a new problem. I went for a quick test drive and came back to notice a pool of coolant on the ground, Im thinking ok I just spilled some when I was refilling it the other day no big deal (I had tried to get the air out of the system and opened the bleeder and filled it till it came out of there) anyways I looked under the car to see a constant drip of coolant.. I looked over the radiator and on the front top corner on the pass side I saw a constant drip coming out of it guess time for a new radiator? Any cheap suggestions?

Most radiator shops can sell you an all-metal replacement rad for about $200.

Corksport and Godspeed sell upgraded (i.e., thicker core) alloy rads for somewhat more.

Would it be odd at all that the fill cap and hose around it is very warm yet just like 6inch farther down the hose right before the radiator is cool no hint of warm at all

Also have to ask, has anyone ever had a radiator leak from the top front on the passenger side? It seems like an odd place for a leak to start

EDIT: Ok I hate when cars play mind games on you. I just took the car for a 10 minute drive and got back and put a huge piece of cardboard under the car to check for leaks. Well there was no sign of any leaks, I checked the radiator for where I originally saw a leak and nothing no leak.. WTF?? lol
