Problem with boost...

Ok heres the deal,
I have a custome front mount and a s4 turbo on my car with 3 inch exhaust. My problem is that the boost slowly gets to 10(kinda slowly but fast enough) then just takes off. It a streetported motor with little things here and there(I got hte turbo manifold holes drilled a little bigger.if that makes any sense) Why is it doing this

Might be time to port the wastegate. I am having the same problems. Or you might need to check the wastegate for proper operation.

Yeah it like builds to about 10 psiby like 4.5 grand, then just builds faster till I let off. The most i've taken it to is like 15 PSI.

it's not hard but it will require taking off the turbo, taking off the end plate where the downpipe bolts on, and taking a dremel and making the hole bigger.
