Primed fuel pump, now dash lights come on and SAFC doesnt

Ok...I've been trying to start my rebuild all day today. I've ran into several problems, fixing them, only to hit more problems...gotta love the rex. Here is my current problem:
I primed the fuel pump as per my haynes manual (jumper wire between the two terminals on the yellow plug on the pass side strut tower)
Now my SAFC-2 and my EVC-V don't come on when i turn the key to IGN but my dash lights do come on. When I trun my headlights on, the dash lights come on, but headlights dont, and parking lights dont. I am so fucked...help me out guys

I'd suggest a miswired car. Probably an Emissions Harness error. As in the wrong harness in the wrong car.

Turning the key to ON should result in all the idiot lights coming on.

So, what harness do you have in the car. The original harness or a combination of one and another?

I always ASSUME all the fuses in the car have been checked out.

It is the correct harness for the car, and everything was working before I primed the fuel pump. Fuses are all fine.

By dash lights I dont mean the idiot lights, I mean the gauges and the heater controls light up, but my computers don't come on

It is so wierd because what does the fuel pump have to do with the dash lighting? and what does the dash lighting have to do with the ECU IGN wire not having power?
none of this makes sense...
