Primary fuel rail leak

I just put my engine back in and I tried starting it only to find that my primary rail is leaking fuel everywhere. i can't locate what's causing it to leak. Has this ever happened with others? If so, what's usually the problem and fix?

The one time I had it happen to me, the injectors hadn't quite seated rigth wheN i put them back in. I just had to undo the two bolts, wiggle them around a bit, and I felt the one "pop" into place. Your o-rings may also be going, though, if they were seated properly.
