Pressurizing Fuel System

Is pressurizing the fuel system the same as priming it? If not, how do I pressurize it?

by the passenger side strut tower there will be a neon yellow plug with two electrical connections. with the key in the ON position, use a piece of wire to jumper the two electrical connections. Youll hear a relay turn on and you should be able to hear fule flowing in the rails.

Thanks, I saw that in the shop manual but wasn't sure if it was the same thing. Unfortunately, the damn car still won't start.

It's far easier to just turn the key from "OFF" to "IGN" several times. Every time you do that the fuel pump runs for a few seconds.
