Pressure Sensor Vacuum Line: Check Valve Needed?

I don't know where I put my original vacuum line that went from my manifold to my pressure sensor. I was wondering if I could just use a check valve (only allows one direction of flow) with some normal vacuum line.

Also, I am guessing that the arrow should be pointing towards the manifold right? So that it only allows suction?

Thanks.

I don't think you even need a check valve for that particular sensor... Can't remember where it connects.

My pressure sensor is hooked up to a vacuum source without a check valve.

there should be a 'restrictor pill' in the vac line to the map sensor. whether or not it makes a difference if it's there or not i don't know.

The restrictor pill is required, and is by-directional.

Failure to use it will result with driveability issues.

I tried convincing my wife that... but so far she's only gotten the pill.

Wait, are we talking about the boost/pressure sensor on the passenger side near the shock tower? The little black box...

Yup. I know I still have mine around here. I knew it had something in it, I planned on replacing it with new line, so I didn't take the time to get it out right away. I just gotta dig around in all the parts I have.
