Pre-Silencer Question

I just installed a RB Header/Presilencer and wanted to know if I should leave that long skinny tube running off the silencer on or off? And how does my setup affect my ports oppening?

Hook up the tube, it is the sensing tube for the 6 port actuator, Good Luck!!

How do u like the difference in power?

What were u running before?
Do u have a cat-back?
Does the silencer really silence things up? Compare it to stock?

Everything behind the presilencer is stock.
The power gain was huge!
Sounds kinda like a real loud weed-wacker, thats the price for more power i guess?

you don't really need it, but hook it up, doesn't hurt anything.

When you took of your cats, what shape were they in ?
mine were excellent.

I have my stock manifold still with a downpipe.
I wish I would of bought a header though. I also have a pacesetter cat-back. IT is too loud for my liking. I liked it at first but I can't even talk to anyone in my vehicle without thinking what the other person is thinking. Some have told me, hmmm I think u need a new muffler. I tell them actually I spent like 800 CAD on my exhaust system within the past year.

I think I am buying the presilencer from RB and cutting the falnge off my downpipe

Opinions or thoughts?
