Pre-Mix Ratio's

Ok I am seriously consdering discarding the OMP and running a premix. I have done a search and found all kinds of DIFFERENT results, Since everyone has been doing this for a while, I was hopeing to get some newer info on the situation. A couple of questions, What brand premix, and what ratios to use, and what dose the premix to tank size equal. In other words how much mix for a tank of gas should I use!! Thanks for the help!!

First of all you should always search a little before you post. If you would have gone into the archives or searched for "Pre-mix" this https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...ght=premix+MOP would have been the third thread down from the top. The ratio is 128:1 or one ounce per gallon. Thats roughly 16 ounces per tank. Some use a little less but I keep using this ratio to maintane a safety margin. In the thread the procedure is also explained and the pro's and con's are debated.

is the correct ratio 128:1? i know it's designed for one quart of oil per 3000mi. i don't think that math ends up being 16oz/tank. Clarification?

edit: or is it one quart per 1000mi?

As a rule of thumb...

50:1 to 75:1 for racing
100:1 to 150:1 for street with no OMP
400:1 for street with stock OMP
