^ That seems to have snapped off inside the door frame. I managed to push it back in while pulling up on the window switch to get the window back up. Duct taping it on seems to hold it...but of course I don't have working windows now.

What all do I need to replace this?

So that's what's in the window track.

Looks like some kind of proctology implement.

 

yeah the motor used that to pull on for leverage or something i guess, it is supposed to be inside of a rubber hose to keep it from getting tangled or anything like that.
