how do you remove just the power window motor without taking the whole regulator and glass out of the door..i can feel a few small bolts that i think hold it on but i just cant see in there very good...any help would be appreciated as its the passenger window and my girlfriend doesnt like getting rained on.

You gotta pull the glass out because otherwise you cant get at it. Just pull the window up undo the bolts mounting it to the lift arm and then undo the bolts for the power window motor and the whole slider thing.
