You should require the following items. Power window motors which you can find at Black Dragon for $125 each for rebuilt ones. Also you will need the switches for both sides which are usually available in the for sale section for less than $50 in good condition. You will also need the armrests which house the window switches but you would probably be better off by buying the whole door panel with the proper armrest. Also, the door should be already hard wired for power windows so you just need to find the correct plug and plug in the window switches. Lastly,I believe the fuse box might require a fuse for power windows so that would be the last item to remember. I myself have not done this transition but am prepared in case I elect to do so.

I bought all that stuff to do the conversion and it didn't work... damnit! Not all doors are prewired for the conversion, I had to buy them. I think that's what went wrong. I bought the motors, door panels, switches, a 30 amp fuse, and the harnesses. I think my problem is that I need harnesses for an S5 becuase of the autobelts. The harnesses I have I'm pretty sure are for an S4.
So far I've spent about $200. I got ripped off on the door panels though. It's so hard to find excellent condition black power window door panels that people are actually willing to ship! It took about 3 months to get all the parts together, and about 10 minutes to do the swap on one side.
*With that said, if there's anyone out there with S5 door harnesses for power windows, hit me up. I'm also looking for mint black door panels.*

When you take off the door panels you'll see the door harness. You'll know if they're prewired for the conversion if you have the proper plugs. I know the harness that I bought were for an S4 because the plugs are different and there is no plug for the autobelts.
