where can i go to get my rims power coated done at?

Visit your local speed shop, they should be able to point you in the right direction to somebody close and good priced.

Also, I think you meant "powder coated". This is done by spraying the material with a electrically charged powder (the "paint"). Then it is baked at high temperatures which causes the powder to me adhesed to the material. Powder coating is generally much stronger and heat resistant that regular paint.
