Possibly another Water Thermo Sensor problem..?
Well here is the latest dilema, My car wants to flood upon intial start up. So I ran a switch to the fuel pump I could then get the car started by cutting the pump and then when the engine started to fire I would turn the pump back on. Then the car would run fine as long as I kept operating the throttle, it would not idle on its own. So I had a spare TPS and BAC from a Jspec motor and swapped those out. That did not help, I then did another check on all hoses wires etc make sure nothing fell off. Then I did some more searching on here and read about the Water Thermo Sensor. I unplugged the sensor and went to start the car. The car started without me having to turn the pump off and on with the switch. It still however would die almost immedatly after it started. The funny thing is it will start without the flooding problem with the sensor unplugged. Well after the car died I plugged it back in again and once again had to use my switch to the fuel pump. Well my ignition was still on after the car died I went under the hood and could here like a light buzzing or humming sound I popped the Thermo Sensor plug and the buzzing stopped...? So Anyway I don't know if I am on the right track here to narrowing anything down or what. Any input or personal experience with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Make sure that thermo sensor plug is clean. If its dirty it will flood the engine and make it run like crap.I had the problem similar to the one you have. The engine was only operating on one rotor until I cleaned the contacts on the sensor and plug. Also check to see what codes the ecu is throwing out. That could help you with your problem too. Also check for vacuum leaks.Good Luck

The sensor's only about 40 bucks, if you want to replace it...
You can also troubleshoot it from the ECU, the input voltage with key on should be .8 to 1.4 volts (depending on temp, that sensor's got a hell of a big resistance range)...If the voltages are close to zero, you might have a harness problem (or could be an open sensor); if they are close to 5v, the sensor is shorted...
