Possible Injector Issues

my 1986 rx7 fc (n/a) has some issues with flooding, poor mpg (less than 10), and a gas smell in the oil. This seems like an issue with a leaky injector, but im not sure. should I replace the injectors, or is there a way to repair/ clean them? Which injectors should I buy? and how many of the injectors should I replace if i do replace them? Im pretty sure that the injectors that are in it are stock, and they look pretty old. Thank you for your help

You can send the injectors off and have them cleaned, rebuilt (seals), and flow tested by a number of reputable injector service companies (Witch Hunter, RC, Injector Rehab, etc.). Expect to pay around $100 to have all 4 serviced.

Since it's an NA and baring any wild power adding modifications (exotic port jobs, turbos, stand-alone ECU, etc.), the stock injectors are fine. They just need some attention after 30 years.

As for the symptoms you're facing it's hard to say without knowing anything about the car such as how well it was maintained, how many miles are on the engine, and what if any modifications have been done to it. Leaky injectors are not uncommon on these cars though, so at bare minimum it wouldn't hurt to have the injectors serviced.
