it looks like some of the metal has creased so you will probably have to drill it, then pull it. after that fill it with mud, sand, paint and prime. the steps are a little bit more involved but you get the point. also it just looks like the metal is creased from this angle if it isnt then it will save you from doing alot of work, all you would have to do is try and push it out if it isnt creased. hope this helped

dents
I worked in a body shop for a few years and we had a tool called the eagle 1..What you have to do to use this tool is grind away all the paint around the dent and grind what you can for paint off of the dented area it's self. You want a good contact surface. What the eagle 1 dose is it's kinda of like a welder and a dent puller in 1.The eagle 1's handle has a tip with a leverage arm that goes over the tip.In the top of the handle is a button you push to quickly weld the tip of the eagle 1 to the low spot's in the dent.Next you pull outward on the levarage handle to pull the dent out!I suggest you get a few body hammers, to relax the area around the dent.If you are unable to get youre hands on and eagle 1...See if you can rent a cheap mig welder!! With the mig it would be possible to weld wire pulls into the low spot of the dent...Also if you choose to go the Drill a hole and pull route. You can use the mig welder to fill in youre holes! Also you can grind mig weld smooth as a baby's ***,that helps when it comes time for mud work.. I have done this type of work on quite a few cars.Usally we just replace the quarter panel with a new section.Good luck getting youre hands on a rear quater panel..I once wanted to price one out for my 86fc I could not find a single one OEM or after market..
