possible fuel cut?

i have a 10th anny with hks downpipe, high flow cat, apexi gt spec exhaust and the k&n maf intake and fcd.

my problem is when im wot at about 4500rpm i get a weird cut out like im not getting any fuel and it continues all the way up but if i back off the throttle a little bit it runs fine. but im only reading 7psi on my gauge. i dont think im hitting fuel cut and i have an fcd, so im confused on what is causing the problem. ive tried everything i could think of. ive changed the plugs and wires, checked for vacume leaks, checked tps, checked fuel pump voltage. i havent changed the fuel filter yet. and i dont have a timing light to check the timing right now. if anyone has anyother ideas id appreciate it.

Had the same problem with my 88 t2. I did not have the fcd but after I got an rtek 1.7 the issue no longer occured it may be possible that your fcd is not working not really sure.

thanks its possible i did the diy version. it gave me the same numbers that the instructions said that it would, but who knows i probly screwed up some where. lol. i pulled the vaccume to the pressure sensor and hit it once and i had no problem so i guess that it is the fcd. i may have a bad connection to my boost gauge causing it to read a little off. dont you have to run 720cc injectors with the rtek1.7?

it's setup for it, yes. 1.5 is for your stock 550s(i run 720s with 1.5 without issues.)
