whats up guys i have a 91 non turbo i just finished the engine it has about 1500 miles on it and just recintley while driving it i started hearing some spuratic electrical cliking noises coming from the drivers side dash area, and the first couple of days it didnt effect the way the car drove but today when i begain to hear the cliking noise all of a sudden fuel would cut to my car and it would either die or bog down to the point id have to pull over so far ive checked fuel pump and it works but other then that i was thinking maybe fuel relays or coils but if any one has had similar problems or think you could help id surley appriciate it!!

Check out your circuit opening relay, under the dash, just to the right of the steering column. It's there on S4 cars, anyway...

Could be a good relay, but the AFM is losing its door ground, causing the relay to de-energize...Either way, you could jumper the check connector (to keep the pump running without the AFM door switch having a say) to troubleshoot some...

See your FSM for locations...
