Question Is it possible?

Is it possible that I'm getting exhaust in my coolant from the turbo? I had to combine two turbos to get a single working one, and the turbine housing i used had been subjected to extremely high heat on one occasion, hot enough to warp the hole that the waste gate hinge thing goes through. I little grinding and welding fixed that, but maybe somewhere else warped. I know i'm clutching at straws, but I don't want to need a new engine, and the mechanics at the dealerships around me suck.

I don't think this is possible from the turbo. I think if the coolant area for the turbo was leaking, it would leak coolant right by the turbo.or shoot the coolant out the ehaust pipe or push it through the intake system.

Are you getting bubbling in the overflow bottle?

If you are, the engine needs rebuilt the seals are gone and allowing compression to enter the coolant passages and pushing bubbles through the system and show up in the overflow bottle.

Why do you ask?

I was, but then i noticed that the filler neck was kinda screwed up where the seal on the cap presses down. I've temporarily ghetto fixed that by cleaning it out with a chisel and putting another seal from an old radiator cap under the normal seal. Since then, no bubbles. But when i drive it with boost the buzzer goes off after i stop boosting.

And I'm pretty sure i passed the bubble test. When i rev it, coolant gets sucked in, it doesn't shoot out.
