porting smog questions

Ive been searching but cant really find an exact answer. will i pass smog with a street port 13bt, tb mod and port, and ported intake manifold.

depends on the porting design and whether your airpump is working and your cat is warmed up. more aggressive exhaust ports are especially going to hurt smog
