Porting questions

I have an '87 6-port that I'm overhauling. It is supposedly street ported severely right now but I have my doubts from looking at the ports with just the intake and exhaust manifold off. It appears only the center housing ports have been messaged and the exhaust port silencers have been removed. The motor runs very strong. No real power below 4K and massive power between 6K and when it smacks the rev limiter at about 8K. I haven't pulled the long block apart yet to thoroughly inspect though. Full header, no cat, and aftermarket turbo cat-back single xhaust

My plan is as follows: use my parts car motor internals in the overhaul. Light weight high compression '90 rotors. I'm also going to use my '90 intake manifold. I'm going to leave the 6-port sleeves out and build up the bottom of the 6-port hole with JB weld to make a nice smooth ramp. I want to do the clean up porting on the intake manifold and throttle body mod as well. I plan to have the rev limit removed. I plan on putting in an electric fan and using undertow pulleys on the water pump and alternator.

My question are:

1) Should I spring for turbo rotor housing for the bigger exhaust port or will mine do? Can I port mine to equal the turbo housing flow?

2) There is a slight lip on the 6-port. Can this lip be removed to effectively port the 6th port? Is it to much porting for track use with only slight street use? It appears as though removing the lip would extend timing quite a bit on the port closing.

3) Can you combine the 5th and 6th ports to make one port? How catastrophic is the result?

4) What kind of fuel system modifications will I need? Turbo fuel pump? Turbo injectors? Adjustable fuel pressure regulator?

I know I'm asking a lot but I really want to build healthy NA motor to last my car for about two years of track abuse before I build a stock motor for ITS. I want a little more straightaway speed on the track to at least stay in sight of my friends. Most of whom drive Vipers. I'd like to break 200 at the wheels if it doesn't kill my wallet. Thank you in advance for any help in this area.

dont use jb weld on the intake, when it falls off it will destroy your engine, do a seach it happened to someone already.

1)the only difference in the ports are the sleeves so if you have taken those out your done
2)can you find a picture? i'm not sure what you're talking about
3)you can but its huge overlap, its not a good idea
4)super afc
5)well you didn't ask but heres the answer: 17
